When a round resolves the pot splits into three fixed allocations.

No ops slice, treasury skim, or hidden deductions exist.

Scope

The allocation supports search and rescue, missing persons operations, disaster response, emergency mapping, and humanitarian demining. It also supports canine charities, particularly those involved with working dogs, service dogs, and operational dog welfare.
